We offer complimentary domestic ground shipping through UPS on all orders.
If you want it a bit sooner, we offer expedited shipping at the following rates:
For international orders, we charge market rate for shipping through DHL and USPS.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your ring or your personal situation changes, we get it.
If you think there’s something we can do, send us a message letting us know and we will do everything we can to make it right.
If you’re sure the ring is not right for you at this time, we will allow you to return an item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt with valid proof of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate your return.
If you initiate a return within 10 days of receiving, and you’re a US customer, we’ll cover the shipping for you.
